Eligibility

This course is for adults age 19 or over as of the 31st August 2023. You are employed and looking to move into a new sector and start an entry-level role, or unemployed for less than 12 months or return to work after a break. You will be looking to build skills by moving onto an accelerated early years apprenticeship and are not currently undertaking any formal education including another bootcamp. 

You must be able to commit to attend 100% of the live sessions. Applicants will be rejected if you are not willing to commit to the course duration.

  • Child development from conception to 7 years 

  • Child Nutrition

  • Food Hygeine

  • Food allergy awareness

  • Equality, diversity and inclusion practice in early years settings.

  • Pediatric first aid

  • Physical Handdling of children/room management

  • Promote thehealth and safety of children

  • Promote childrens creative and imaginative play and experiences

  • PREVENT and Female genital mutilation

  • Child protection and Early Years in education

  • Safeguarding children with SENDs

  • Designated Safeguarding Lead

  • Autism and ADHD awareness
