This means you avoid the need to get into debt to pay to obtain a qualification. This makes apprenticeships a great way to start and develop skills in your chosen career.

Apprenticeships in the UK are open to anyone aged 16 and above.

Have the right to work in the UK

Have not completed a degree (but subject to course modules)

LEARN AND UPSKILL
Apprenticeships combine on-the-job training with off-the-job learning. This dual approach ensures a comprehensive learning and professional experience.
The duration of apprenticeships varies depending on the level and type. Our apprenticeships can last anywhere from 12 to 18 months.
WHAT IS AN APPRENTICESHIP?
In the UK, an apprenticeship is a structured work-based learning program that combines practical work experience with classroom training. It is designed to equip individuals with the skills, knowledge, and qualifications necessary for a specific occupation.
Our apprenticeship programmes provide candidates with the practical skills they need to succeed in their desired sectors. Participants spend 80% of their time working for an employer and 20% of their time studying for qualification — with 100% of their time compensated by their employer.

OUR SOLUTION
Apprenticeships are on the rise — in 2023/24, there were 200,550 apprenticeship starts in England, up 2.5% from 2022/23. And with the benefits apprenticeships bring both apprentices and their employers, it's not hard to see why they remain a favoured choice.
